Shipping Info: All domestic orders are shipped by the Austrian Postal Service tracked delivery, and should take 1-2 business days to arrive.

International orders are shipped using the Austrian Postal Services aswell, with the package being passed to the domestic mail delivery service in the destination country before delivery to the customer. Delivery times will vary depending on delivery destination, and may also be subject to import taxes.

To ensure that your order arrives successfully, all shipping prices quoted on the site are for tracked delivery.

Nàire is not liable for any damage occuring to the item while transportation or any damage caused by delivering companies. If the items should arrive in a damaged state, feel free to contact us via naireband@gmail.com and we may be able to sort out a solution.
Return Policy: Items may be returned in as new condition within 14 days of purchase.

All goods are the responsibility of the customer until they are returned to Nàire - please make sure to send all returns via recorded delivery to ensure their arrival.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if items have clearly been used, worn or otherwise soiled after purchase.
